You should find a tutor outside of school. Maybe through your church or through an ad. Go to a local university, many professors can tutor you.

There are so many great ways. Of course, flyers at school if you are allowed are a great idea. Also, any kind of student-made publication (school newspaper, etc.) might allow you to purchase a small ad — that will reach your target age. Also, consider manning a booth at a school or community event, or seeing if the school will let you leave flyers at such an event.
