CS4 is the full blown Photoshop, while Elements is a subset of Photoshop features.
For many people Photoshop Elements is more than enough

thankyou very much but my photoshop elements(i dont know what type it is) doesnt have the magic extractor
should i just use the lasso or something like that that works just as well???

When I go to “magic extractor” and click any tool and go to image, I have a small hand that won’t let me do anything to the image, no metter what tool I choose. Do I need to do something to the image b4 trying the extractor?

TS BUT 1IS MISSING IN CS4 THE MAGIC EXTRACT SO PUT THE MAGIC EXTACT IN YOUR PHOTOSHOP CS4 BY GOING TO THE PPLUG IN-FILTERS AND FIND MAGIC EXTRACT AND PUT IT IN THE PHOTOSHOP FOLDER DESAME IN PHOTOSHOP FOLDER COPY THE MAGIC EXTRACT FROM THE ELEMENTS FOLDER AND PASTE IT TO THE FILTER FOLDER IN THE PHOTOSHOP CS4 TO FIND THE FOLDER GO TO pLUG IN->FILTERS AND THATS IT YOU MAKE PHOTOSHOP CS4 AT THE MAX USEFULL
